The network of enlightenment is a very wide network. It's not relegated to a simple type of being. It's not the network of the goody-goods.

You have no idea of how many people have control of your life. Make lists of people you trust and love and constantly examine the people in your life.

You are drained by foolish actions and others.

Throughout the day remind yourself that you are moving through eternity. Be focused. Be centered. Be in the now. Know what is going on in the world. Read a newspaper once in a while.

Unfortunately we've seen meditation insulted in a sense with the image of ritual. You have to dress a certain way, follow a certain type of lifestyle, all that sort of thing, very culty - and that, of course, has nothing to do with the practice whatsoever.

Start to give more thought to the world around you. Stop exposing yourself to situations that drain your energy. You will discover through a trial and error process that you will have more energy.

We have a body, but we also have a subtle body, a body of energy that looks like our physical body. The subtle physical body is made up of energy, of light that vibrates at a very high rate so the human physical eyes can't see it.
