Fears are just conditioning. They don't exist. They are something that we are taught by people who are afraid or seek to make us afraid. It is time to unload the baggage.

It is is easy to smile. It is an act of self-giving. When you smile you are at your best and you give that best to others.

Only when there are no impressions of others clouding our mind, can we sit and practice the glorious practice of meditation.

The rich aren't happy so they try and get richer thinking it will make a difference. The poor aren't happy. They try and get rich thinking that will make a difference.

The world you experience, every day and night of your life, is transient. They only last for the blink of an eye, and then they dissolve back into that unknowable and formless eternity.

Enter into the activities of the world, without getting overjoyed by success or totally put out by failure. Whether they love you or hate you, it doesn't much matter. What matters is stillness.

Power has destroyed many people - not really. Power doesn't destroy anyone. People apply it poorly and it can ruin their lives. Power is like fire. Fire is neither good nor bad. It's how you use it.
