Honestly admitting what you lost and not trying to rationalize it or push it off is an important step in self-assessment and mindfulness.

Never expect anything from a particular meditation. Once you have gotten started, different methods get you into the stream, let the meditation take you wherever it would like to.

In the training process, the teacher addresses two sides of your being. One is the tonal and one is the nagual.

Everything around us is shifting all the time. Energy is moving in all things. What gives energy a continuity, what creates a pattern, is you.

To meditate, you need to feel, and feeling is a lost art. You need to feel the stillness of existence and also the sound of existence. You need to feel that which lies beyond your awareness field, and that which is within it.

Go through every closet in your house in every room.

You can focus on me or on any spiritual teacher. Spiritual teachers who have left the body, who are no longer on earth can help you too. When I leave the body someday, I can help people just as effectively if they focus upon me.
