When you sit and meditate and begin to experience expanded states of mind, you will be afraid. The light makes most people very, very afraid. The only way to overcome the fear is walking down into the light.

Each time you dip into the well of existence it changes you. Rapid mental development is that process. It is a process of escalating your evolution.

I personally don't subscribe to any particular cosmology or beleif system. I'm a seer.

The logical and extralogical exercises you do in meditation are very similar to advanced systems analysis and programming.

You draw the mystical kundalini from the earth. Earth is an element. Fire, air, earth, water, and ether - the mystical kundalini comes through them all.

You can just sweep the floor generally and gain nothing from it. Or you can figure out the best way to sweep the floor, put your power into it, use it as a concentration exercise, and be meditative.
