We believe that we decide. We do make decisions. But the deeper decisions come from another part of our being that we're not particularly aware of yet.

It is your causal body that is the real you. At the end of each incarnation, it carries the knowledge and karmic patterns of that lifetime, in addition to all of your other previous lifetimes, into your next lifetime.

To increase the flow of kundalini that will alter our perception, it is necessary to clarify the purpose of one's being. This is to come to understand dharma.

There are parts of us that are miserable, that hate, that love, that are cruel, are kind, are reasonable, are unreasonable. You know, you live inside your own mind. Who are you kidding?

You can't die. Bodies come and go but your spirit is eternal. You're the stuff that life is.

At every moment, you have the opportunity to crap out. The world will always tell you to play it safe and just be dead.

If you are a person who wants an uncommonly fine life, if you're willing to put in some time each day to do that, then that will happen to you.
