I don't think there is anyone in public life today who can escape the inevitable onslaught of the media. It seeks to pry into and often grossly distort aspects of one's personal and professional life. I guess it just comes with the territory.

Everybody is in the waiting room of life. Yoga is not a waiting. It is a doing, today.

Throughout the day remind yourself that you are moving through eternity. Be focused. Be centered. Be in the now. Know what is going on in the world. Read a newspaper once in a while.

When you live in a psychic state of mind, you are happy. You don't have to do anything. Life is always beautiful, but we don't see it when we enter into lower states of mind that are, in effect, cloudy.

A war is an incarnation. A battle is a day of your life. So we do one day at a time in self-discovery.

Material success is not something that will bind you, unless you become attached to it, any more than poverty will liberate you.

Karma will lead you to a larger more expansive happier view or a dinger darker view. That view will enable you to make choices and have experiences.
