Suffering follows the lack of wisdom.

There are many paths that lead to enlightenment. There are lesser enlightenments along the way to a larger enlightenment, referred to sometimes as liberation.

The dreams of human beings are dark, heavy and morbid and simplistic and boring. The dreams of immortality are endless and shining, they shimmer, they glow.

Pilgrimages are journeys to places of power. People sometimes make pilgrimages to the caves where Milarepa or other great yogis meditated.

You can take the kundalini from the crown center and bring it down. You can bring it up or you can stabilize them both. When you stop breathing in meditation, the kundalini is stabilized.

In the Bhagavad-Gita Krishna says: Arjuna you cannot avoid action. Everyone is stuck in the world of action. The world of action is forever.

Diet is highly individual. You have to see what your body wants and what is healthy for it.
