In pranayama you don't worry about taking breaths, you focus on exhalation. If you exhale properly you will inhale. The more deeply you exhale the more deeply you will inhale.

Be conscious of the way people take your energy and learn how to stop it. Accept that this goes on. Observe how you feel around other people.

Help the world in any way that you want to. I have found that the more light you give and spread, the more you will evolve.

Happiness is in the mind and the mind is the universe. Your mind is the universe, not just this physical universe that you perceive through your senses.

You don't have to take drugs to be happy. You don't have to drink to be happy. You don't have to have people around you who love you to be happy. You don't need anything except the clarity of your own mind.

If meditate on the third eye and have headaches it means you are trying to pull in too much power from the occult chakra. The danger is obsession.

Mind is not simply the collection of aggregate cells inside your brain. If you are only the grey matter, then when that dies, you won't exist any more. It's not that easy. You exist forever.
