You'll realize the transformation is not for you alone. You'll learn that you're here to use this gift to shine light on the dark world around you. You become a miracle worker in the world. As you begin to understand how love is crucial to the healing of the world, your miracle work will take on a whole new meaning.

Most people don't walk around the tools to process pain and fear, that kind of discomfort. In most cases, it's unbearable to look at it, feel it, and/or address it. It's why I'm such a fan of self-help books.

I believe in any kind of personal growth practice that can help you gather the tools that you can then apply to resentment, anger, pain, and rage in order to heal your past resentments toward yourself and others, and then deal with them in the moment so you don't carry them for a decade or more.

I believe it is my duty to share the gifts I have learned. How dare I have the tools for finding serenity and not share them with the world?

You can't make people be or do what you want. All you can do is be unapologetic about what you want and let others show up however they can.

When energy speeds up there is no space for playing small, and nothing can remain hidden.

By growing a spiritual practice, we are given all that we need.
