I believe that simple, consistent shifts in our thinking and actions can lead to the miraculous in all aspects of our daily lives, including our relationships, finances, bodies, and self-image.

The issue is that if you hold onto the resentment against yourself, you're just going to recreate that destructive pattern in different forms because unconsciously it's still a belief system that limits you.

Spirit seeker is someone who remembers there is a power greater than themselves and who is willing to reconnect with it.

All the happiness, self-confidence, and support you're seeking is already within you.

When love is the trend, there is no room for violence and war.

There is a sense of urgency and this is a time for teachers and I think that there is this psychic awareness with this new generation of seekers that they are here to teach and so that they really need to wake up fast, much like we did, because we know that we must show up at a very high level and so therefore I think that there is an unconscious sense of urgency like I need to do this and not just for me, but for something greater and they may not be able to put that into words, but they are experiencing it.

I think quite often we hold onto trauma because we don't process it.
