Let the wise guard their thoughts, which are difficult to perceive, extremely subtle, and wander at will. Thought which is well guarded is the bearer of happiness.

Tune as the sitthar, neither high nor low, and we will dance away the hearts of men.

You have to do your own work; Enlightened Ones will only show the way. Those who practise meditation will free themselves from the chains of death
