I think if you're not going to look so daft walking down the street split your workouts a little bit.

Greg RutherfordNearly anything you need to get at the gym you can get naturally.A lot of training I do is running up hills, running up steps, just in the woods behind my house. Jumping on to things. All these things you can do anywhere, you don't have to go to the gym.

But, the thing is, when you see guys who are clearly gym junkies who only do bicep curls all day every day, and you see them walking down the street ...'Mate, what about the legs?'.
