My mother set to work whilst i was 7 and I loved looking to make her really feel badly about it. Ultimately, I matured and was once very pleased with my mom as my parent and the career she had constructed for herself.

My husband doesn't have to try to add to my comedy he just does being himself and saying & doing the things he does. We have a good friendship & I think couples can relate to our dynamic and sometimes out lack of dynamics too.

The most important thing as a comic and a writer is to have a strong point of view. I have one and can recognise it in others which is why I can write for other people and different characters that I perform.
