Witnessing the bond between a parent and their little ones firsthand really brought home to me how much I was missing.

Many are so preoccupied with what others think it defines their existence. When we fixate externally, it keeps us from truly knowing ourselves and our destiny. Most [people] fear looking inward for worry they won't find greatness, but when you stop allowing others to define your worth, you'll see—greatness exists in us all, waiting to be
 expressed

I felt the calling to adopt. You just know in the deepest part of your being that you are meant to find this little soul and guide them through life.

No one ever died from an open mind.

If you fail to plan, you pretty much plan to fail.

Be brave and be patient. Have faith in yourself; trust in the significance of your life and the purpose of your passion. You are strong enough to sit in the space between spaces and allow divine inspiration to shed some light. When you put positive energy and productive effort into the world it will come back to you. Occasionally in ways you might not immediately understand and on a time frame you didn’t expect. Look. Listen. Learn. Stay open. Your destiny is awaiting you.

Parenting is not for sissies. You have to sacrifice and grow up
