I do a lot of dancing. I don't like to run much because I get shin splints. I love being outside so I do a lot of hiking. It's very good for toning. I also do lots of light weights.
Julianne HoughWhat I really like to do, especially because we're all busy so sometimes you forget to do something, I always keep wrist weights with me. If I just put them on throughout the day, then I'll just be doing stuff and it's kind of just toning without me doing anything. Sometimes that's just my little trick. I have ankle weights and wrist weights and I just keep them with me at all times.
Julianne HoughThe cool thing about doing films and being different characters is that it's new everyday and new every project. So, you're always learning something different and you get to do research.
Julianne HoughUtah is so wonderful. My greatest memories of Utah are of always being outdoors. It's a very athletic environment that I think gave me a lot of drive to be fit and live well.
Julianne HoughSo I hope to stretch my acting skills. I got to a point in my dancing where I felt like I did so much hard work and I achieved a lot of great things, and I wanted to try something else and put that same kind of commitment that I did into my dancing into something that I was also passionate about. I had so many opportunities with my dance and now I'm just excited to get better as an actress.
