I've been doing Isha Kriya meditation and love it. Don't get me wrong, it isn't easy or available everyday - but I'm making the effort to stop, sit, breath, and connect.
Kathryn BudigI deal with negative, nasty comments on a regular basis. It's difficult to digest because I've always been sensitive and it's a slap in the face to have someone respond cruely when you're trying to lift people up. It's been a huge lesson for me.
