Although I can do it alone it is a little bit sloppy. Ultimately, all of those techniques try to bring more oxygen to the brain. We can think and love better if we have more oxygen.

Teenagers have to be sustained; they have to be given something to live for and something that involves them without having to make a child, a human being.
