Everything in your life, every experience, every relationship is a mirror of the mental pattern that is going on inside of you.

That person who is the hardest to forgive is the one who can teach you the greatest lessons. When you love yourself enough to rise above the old situation, then understanding and forgiveness will be easy. And you'll be free.

I ask for help. I tell Life what I want, and then I allow it to happen.

I meditate each day. Going within alleviates tension and stress, and allows me to hear what the Universe wants me to know.
