The thoughts we choose to think are the tools we use to paint the canvas of our lives.

I find that the more willing I am to be grateful for the small things in life, the bigger stuff just seems to show up from unexpected sources, and I am constantly looking forward to each day with all the surprises that keep coming my way!

Today I fulfill my creative side. I want to bloom wherever I am planted!

My body mirrors my state of mind. I am healthy, whole and complete

You are not making the change because you are a bad person and you are doing it wrong. You make changes because you love yourself and you want to improve the quality of your life.

The bottom line for everyone is I'm not good enough. It's only a thought, and a thought can be changed.
