By the choices we make, by the attitudes we exhibit, we are influencing lives every day in positive or negative ways.

It's not the things we get but the hearts we touch that will determine our success in life.

If employees feel you don't trust them to do their jobs correctly and well, they'll be reluctant to do much without your approval. On the other hand, when they feel trusted, that you believe they'll do the right things well, they'll naturally want to do things well and be deserving of your trust.

Never underestimate the power of belief when it comes to fulfilling your dreams. I can say with no hesitation that every person I've ever met who has achieved any degree of success has one thing in common: they believed with all their heart they could do it.

Focus is not a 'business only' thing. Each person has only twenty-four hours per day, and how we spend those hours shows what's important in our lives. The question we must ask ourselves is...Are we focusing on what really matters?

I've come to realize that the difference in success or failure is not how you look, how you dress, or how you're educated. It's how you think !

Attitudes truly are contagious, and from time to time we need to ask ourselves, 'Is mine worth catching?'
