When I get home, I'm not the boss like I am at work - I slip into a more feminine role. I take everything off and put on my Stella McCartney silk robe. I'll put on a red lip or red nails, and it lifts my mood. Sexy underwear also gives you a spark.

It is sad to see anyone neglecting their body no matter who they are and what they do. You simply cannot be healthy or look great on the outside if you are not healthy on the inside.

A nice person is a 'yes' person, whereas a good person is a person who accepts their responsibility in things and moves forward and tries to constantly evolve and isn't afraid to say no or challenge someone or be honest or truthful.

I like it to fit my individual body shape, and I encourage other women to find what works for their body shape and not necessarily follow trends. But what is it that works for you as an individual, and what brings out the best in you, and what can you have fun with and feel really good about.
