Look outside the box and try and find a solution - you'll be surprised how many great opportunities and possibilities arise when things look bad. You've just got to open your mind and not be afraid of sticking your neck out!

I think business leaders all over the world should not just think of how we can make lots of money, which is fine, but to take some of the problems in the world and get out there and tackle them using business. I think that if businesses do that we can get on top of these problems.

Be creative. Innovate consistently on the little things that the big companies ignore. Little things often make big differences in business.

I definitely go on gut instinct but it has always had the back up of research and information.

Age isn't as important so long as you are surrounded by people you love, doing things you passionately believe in.
