Leadership is the art of giving people a platform for spreading ideas that work.

Leadership, on the other hand, is about creating change you believe in.

This might end up in crying. If you're not prepared to cry about it, I'm not sure you're making art. And if you're not prepared to dance in anticipation, you're definitely not making art.

Ideas don't get smaller when they're shared, they get bigger.

Every day I meet people who have so much to give but have been...frighten ed enough to hold it back. It's time to stop complying with the system and draw your own map. You have brilliance in you, your contribution is essential, and the art you create is precious. Only you can do it, and you must.

Positive thinking is hard. Worth it, though.

Mass marketing means appealing to the masses which means appealing to the average.
