Communication is not about speaking what we think. Communication is about ensuring others hear what we mean.

The irony is that the best thing we can do is, well one option, is to quit job we don't like. You don't always have to quit, and quite frankly, option two is to try to help others solve the problem that you are struggling with.

Always plan for the fact that no plan ever goes according to plan.

On every single power point presentation, it has their email, their Twitter handle and their Facebook account, so you can follow them. At the end, they tell you, "Please follow me." When you ask them a question, they say, "Well, I could tell you the answer, but you should really just read my book."

If you sell what you do, you're a vendor. If you sell why you do it, you're a brand.

What good is an idea if it remains an idea? Try. Experiment. Iterate. Fail. Try again. Change the world.
