I love good food. For me, that means lots of green juice, salad, and good dark chocolate.

There's something so sweet about being on your yoga mat, whether that be at Jivamukti, Dharma Mittra, or in my living room.

To me, it's in the corners of my niece's little smile, or when I see my mother is calling me from Australia, or when I hear my husband's footsteps in our hallway.
