Eventually this picture will replace the ore threatening one you have carried around inside you since infancy.

Religion is confining and imprisoning and toxic because it is based on ideology and dogma. But spirituality is redeeming and universal.

If the most you can do right now is walk around the block, then do that, and you will be surprised how quickly you increase your endurance and enthusiasm for moving and breathing.
