The use of love is to heal. When it flows without effort from the depth of the Self, love creates health.

It is undeniable that we all create scenarios and then become convinced by them, down to our very cells.

Prayer is you speaking to God. Meditation is allowing the spirit to speak to you.

Love is like water. If it doesn't flow, it stagnates.

Unity consciousness is a state of enlightenment where we pierce the mask of illusion which creates separation and fragmentation. Behind the appearance of separation is one unified field of wholeness. Here the seer and the scenery are one.

The most enlightened people in the world embrace their full potential of light and dark. When you're with people who recognize and own their negative qualities, you never feel judged by them. It's only when people see good and bad, right and wrong, as qualities outside themselves that judgments occur.

Trust that your soul has a plan, and even if you can't see it completely, know that everything will unfold as it is meant to.
