The ultimate goal of all goals is to be happy. If you want to be happy make someone else happy.

The physical body is conceived and constructed in consciousness as are time and space. All happens within our self.

Life is the coexistence of all opposite values. Joy and sorrow, pleasure and pain, up and down, hot and cold, here and there, light and darkness, birth and death. All experience is by contrast, and one would be meaningless without the other.

Each of us is here to discover our true selves; that essentially we are spiritual beings who have taken manifestation in physical form; that we're not human beings that have occasional spiritual experiences, that we're spiritual beings that have occasional human experiences

Stop attaching so much weight to being right. In the grand scheme of things, being right is insignificant compared with being happy.

The past is closed and limited; the future is open and free.

Pay attention to the timeless core of your being.
