Even though the body appears to be material, it is not. In the deeper reality, your body is a field of energy, transformation and intelligence.

We are ripples of consciousness of the vast ocean of consciousness. If we get agitated and become part of the reactionary and vitriolic behavior sometimes around us, we will only add to the disturbance.

Forgiveness is attention without judgment. It heals the one who forgives and the one who is forgiven.

The whole material world. It doesn't actually exist. Matter is not material. It's made up of atoms that are moving at lightning speeds around huge empty spaces. So as you go beyond the appearance of molecules, you end up with a subatomic world, and if you go beyond that you end up with nothing. Nothing is the source of everything.

The jihadists ideology cannot be wiped out with force much less killed. You know, unless we understand the root causes of this, we're going to perpetuate this violence over and over again.

My focus is first of all, to remove every thought of violence from my own consciousness.

The past is closed and limited; the future is open and free.
