The false self lives mainly through memory and anticipation. Past and future are its main preoccupation.

We are in the final stages of egoic madness. Almost the whole world is fighting each other.

Can you feel that there is something in you that is at war, something that feels threatened and wants to survive at all cost, that needs the drama in order to assert its identity as the victorious character within that theatrical production? Can you feel there is something in you that would rather be right than at peace?

You create a good future by creating a good present.

Awareness is the greatest agent for change.

When your fulfillment and sense of self are no longer dependent on the future outcome, joy flows into whatever you do. You do what you do because the action itself is fulfilling. Whatever you do or create in that state is of high quality. This is because it is not a means to an end, and so a loving care flows into your doing.

Stress is caused by being 'here' but wanting to be 'there'.
