Some changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.

So love is the recognition of oneness in a world of duality. This is the birth of God into the world of form. Love makes the world less worldly, less dense, more transparent to the divine dimension, the light of consciousness itself.

Every challenge takes you a little deeper and awakens you again and again. Without the challenges, you probably would go to back to sleep. The challenges keep you awake.

The most rigid structures, the most impervious to change, will collapse first.

Rather than being your thoughts and emotions, be the awareness behind them.
