There is a large difference between spacing out in the lower occult astral planes, weird, junky, fuzzy energy, and meditation. Meditation is sharp, clear, precise, perfect, luminous, shiny, happy, etheric, cosmic, and dissolute.

In my estimation it's silly to go out and spend your time aiding people if you don't have your own act together yet. So I'd rather you spend the time, get it right, and it'll all work out a lot better.

When you are meditating, thinking about things in this world is not going to help you. Instead, forget about everything for a while and look at something that is perfect, this will help you deal with the world better.

To become wise, meditate on the third eye, between the eyebrows and a little bit above. Focus on that spot, the Agni chakra.

The world has always been this way. I am sure in the mystery world of Egypt, ancient Atlantis, you pick a cosmos - There is always somebody on your case.

We don't always walk from one state of mind into another. We might just oscillate back and forth for a whole lifetime within the polarities of a certain state of mind.

At these crossover points, there are a lot of beings, nonphysical beings that cross over back and forth constantly.
