There is a large difference between spacing out in the lower occult astral planes, weird, junky, fuzzy energy, and meditation. Meditation is sharp, clear, precise, perfect, luminous, shiny, happy, etheric, cosmic, and dissolute.

A person is made up of awarenesses. All the awarenesses that have ever been our will ever be exist like barges floating in the ocean.

With free will, we can modify, to a certain extent the chain of karma that has been set in motion by the karma of the previous moment. That is what free will really is, the ability to alter the sequence of karmic fate.

We feel crowded by other people; we feel crowded by social rules; we feel crowded by ourselves, mainly.

If you're a sniveler, a whiner, a complainer, you will never be happy. We all have that side. Get a little stoical and just take the pain.

Tantra is for the desperate. Unless you've really experienced pain and suffering, tantra won't work. Unless you've really experienced exultation and ecstasy, tantra won't work.

In the beginning, when you are meditating, just ignore thought. Shine it on. Then after you are comfortable sitting there, try selectively eliminating negative thoughts, thoughts that agitate the mind.
