People are unhappy because they don't understand life; by happy, I mean complete, aware, conscious, poignant, caring, loving, unaffected, cosmic, simplistic, humble, excited, passive - everything. You are everything.

I think perhaps the greatest book ever written was Ulysses by James Joyce.

When you go into samadhi, either salvikalpa or nirvikalpa, what happens is you erase, you loosen, the aggregates. You simplify them.

It doesn't really matter what you do. It is your state of mind that matters.

There is no best teacher. Life itself is the teacher. There is no best method. All that matters is that it works.

Everyone has sunk on this plane to such a low state of consciousness, it is the natural state. We have deviated so far from the norm in this age of darkness.

I think it is very important to view life in terms of winning and losing until complete enlightenment has occurred.
