Thought is the ultimate tonal. Each thought is like a dike that blocks out the nagual.

Good karma leads to rebirth also. The desire for higher states of mind is a desire. When you are fixated on higher states of mind, you don't become enlightened.

You exist forever. You've always existed and you'll always exist. You move in and out of bodies like some people in Los Angeles move in and out of houses, every other week, every other lifetime.

Life is perfect, it glows.

When you sit, you've put a place on the island of the tonal for the possibility of your thoughts stopping for a short period of time.

The final result of all life is your awareness. Your awareness is existence.

Meditation is the freeing of ourselves from all mental states and concepts of self.
