There's no right or wrong in the study of enlightenment. There's only experience.

When you could be sloppy, you're not. When you could be indulgent, you're not. When you could be sad, you laugh instead. If you fall down, you pick yourself up again and again and again.

The perceptual body that you are at the time of death ceases to be. It is not structured quite so tightly.

Our failure to see and access the pure joy and radiance of life is owning to a lack of awareness. In any situation there is beauty. Even at the moment of one's death there is beauty.

Select companions who are striving for enlightenment. They all have their imperfections, certainly, but at least their attention is moving in the right direction.

Self-realization is a very quiet thing. It's not flashy. No one might see you light up a room. No one might observe anything

Find things that make you feel still, that make you feel good.
