The vast majority of the students I have taught have become self-sufficient and confident individuals who enjoy their lives.

The spirit longs for the world of light from which it came. That longing causes something to happen. It causes the being to grow into light.

Everybody here is so caught up in the game of life they don't see death. They don't see beyond their deaths. They are on the wheel of birth and death.

At the beginning and the middle and the end of all things, there is only the perfection of enlightenment that is nirvana.

In pranayama you don't worry about taking breaths, you focus on exhalation. If you exhale properly you will inhale. The more deeply you exhale the more deeply you will inhale.

Diet is a matter of personal preference, but if you're interested in the advanced states of meditation, eating mammals should be avoided. They have a more evolved consciousness and can affect your attention field greatly.
