It is necessary to bring our life in order, to examine each thing, and ask ourselves if it is bringing power into our life or if it is draining us. Ask yourself, is your life taking power from you or adding power to you?

In the West people are basically oblivious to power, solstices, enlightenment and everything that matters.

To do something perfectly, you must not think about what you are doing at all ... Your thoughts are what create imperfections in your actions. They alienate you from the true reality of any action you perform.

Words like meditation, karma, samskaras, they're just words. You can get into the jargon, you can speak it, but that doesn't mean you'll be any freer.

Everything that you have done has led up to what you are now. Everything you do now will lead up to what you will be.

Beyond learning and unlearning is awareness, and beyond awareness is consciousness, and beyond consciousness is immortality, and beyond immortality is dharma and beyond dharma is nirvana.

There are billions of people out there walking around and they don't meditate. You can tell. They are not having a good time with their lives. People are not happy.
