There is no continuity at all. The universe isn't any particular way. It strictly depends upon perception.

Nothing lasts forever - except forever. That's the good news. It's a good thing that nothing lasts forever because things would get terribly boring.

How do you deal with meditating when you stop breathing? The trick is to meditate just a little higher and you won't even know that you're not breathing.

Why do people want to drain your energy? So they can journey to other worlds after death, where pleasures are a thousandfold. It is a fast game. Human beings are powerful and skillful.
