There are people in the Himalayas who are thousands of years old. But that's just a power, you see. It would seem to me that would suggest a tremendous aversion to the experience of death.

The inner aspects of reincarnation have to do with where you put your mind. The more expansive state of mind you enter into, the less suffering there is.

You could go through incarnations forever and never become enlightened, unless of course you do something about it.

Focus your awareness on the heart chakra. As you do, you will feel your consciousness shifting. You may feel different perceptions of energy in different parts of your body.

When the world stops, time stops.

When you start to meditate, if you stick with it, you will see tremendous changes in your life and state of mind.

There are billions of people out there walking around and they don't meditate. You can tell. They are not having a good time with their lives. People are not happy.
