Consider that we live in a world predicated upon fear. The underlying assumption is that human beings are innately evil and must be groomed and controlled. That is the dichotomy that is set up within the human mind, good and evil.

Meditation is when we go beyond incarnation, beyond all cycles, to immortality, to something that is not transient.

Sometimes there are people who only meditate with a teacher. They ride the teacher's energy. They don't really learn how to meditate. They learn how to ride the energy.

People are under the assumption that the kundalini just flows from the base of the spine up. That's not the case at all. Kundalini also flows downward.

If the chi is being wasted by useless activities, emotions and associations that drain us, then we don't have enough power when it comes time to perform.

It's always better to be conservative in action. One must always consider the dangers in the world.

True wisdom is to see and understand your relationship with the universe. When you gain that relational knowledge, then you are wise.
