My agenda is trying to help people live a better life.

This is where it matters the most. This is where lives are made, in these moments when you can choose whether or not to say "I Can't" or "I Can." It is a choice that will either make or break you for life.

The past doesn't define you, your present does. It's okay to create a vision of the future because it affects your behavior in the "now," but don't dwell on past mistakes. Learn from them and focus those lessons in the moment. That's where change can really happen.

The reality is that most of the time, the more bizarre the trend, the more bogus the results.

Be brave and be patient. Have faith in yourself; trust in the significance of your life and the purpose of your passion. You are strong enough to sit in the space between spaces and allow divine inspiration to shed some light. When you put positive energy and productive effort into the world it will come back to you. Occasionally in ways you might not immediately understand and on a time frame you didn’t expect. Look. Listen. Learn. Stay open. Your destiny is awaiting you.

When you do hit the gym, you should push yourself. This is what makes fitness phenomena so interesting.

The trick is not escaping your fear, but confronting it and allowing it to drive and teach you. Only by getting to the bottom of your fears can you find their valuable lessons and move forward stronger than before.
