I have the strength to remain calm in the face of change.

As I love and accept myself exactly as I am, right here and right now with all my so-called flaws and imperfections, I find it easier to accept others in the same way. As I open my consciousness to tap into unconditional love, I connect with new levels of spiritual power. I see a blanket of benevolence covering the planet, helping to transform Earth’s consciousness from fear to love.

Each of us at any time and space is doing the very best we can with what we have.

I am willing to release the need to be unworthy. I am worthy of the very best in life, and I now lovingly allow myself to accept it

I now stop feeling guilty. I let myself out of that prison.

Loving myself and thinking joyful, happy thoughts is the quickest way to create a wonderful life.
