When i feel tense, I remember to relax all of the muscles and organs in my body

I see my parents as tiny children who need love. I have compassion for my parents’ childhoods. I now know that I chose them because they were perfect for what I had to learn. I forgive them and set them free, and I set myself free.

The deep, intimate connection I am searching for is within me. I am all that I am looking for. I am love. All is well.

I am the joy of life expressing and receiving in perfect rhythm.

We are far more than our bodies and personalities. The inner spirit is always beautiful and lovable, no matter how our outer appearances may change.

I am loved and accepted exactly how I am, right here and right now.

If I want to be loved as I am, I have to be willing to love others as they are.
