When i feel tense, I remember to relax all of the muscles and organs in my body

I have come to this planet to learn to love myself more, and to share that love with all those around me.

We have a spiritual responsibility to be consciously grateful because that energy's frequency flows from us and assists in our own healing, our brother's and sister's healing, and ultimately the healing of the planet, our EarthMother.

All of us can improve the quality of our lives if we practice the art of self-care and train our minds to think thoughts that make us feel good.

I respect my boundaries, and I insist that others respect them, too.

Everything I need to know is revealed to me. Everything I need comes to me. All is well in my life.

I love and approve of myself. I love and approve of my body. I feed it nourishing foods and beverages. I exercise it in ways that are fun.
