I am a health nut and only do things that are good for my body.

I love handbags. And shoes. Investing in like a great handbag or a pair of shoes can really make or break an outfit. It's fun to mix and match high street with luxury brands and throw in a bit of vintage as well.

When I get home, I'm not the boss like I am at work - I slip into a more feminine role. I take everything off and put on my Stella McCartney silk robe. I'll put on a red lip or red nails, and it lifts my mood. Sexy underwear also gives you a spark.

Food is my friend and consistency is the key.

Knowing yourself and coming to trust your feelings and your intuition will open up your life to greater possibilities and keep you moving toward your goals. One thing I have learned is that I should trust my 'gut' instincts. Ultimately, only we know what is best for us.

Don't feel like you have to do and be everything.

I really love a red lip, especially when I am feeling tired, as it brightens my whole face.
