Clear quartz is known as the "master healer," and can amplify energy and thought. It draws off negative energy, and it can neutralize background radiation. It balances and revitalizes the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual planes.

A nice person is a 'yes' person, whereas a good person is a person who accepts their responsibility in things and moves forward and tries to constantly evolve and isn't afraid to say no or challenge someone or be honest or truthful.

One thing I have learned is that I should trust my 'gut' instincts. Ultimately, only we know what is best for us.

What I like about modelling is that it has given me that opportunity to travel and experience different cultures, work with creative people, and now it's given me a voice, and with that voice hopefully I can do good things with it.

Time seems to slow down for me when I focus on staying in the moment and that helps me maintain a sense of balance.

I believe that everything in moderation is best.

I do enjoy wearing a little heel when I'm at work, but when I'm running around with my son, it's a different story!
