If you abandon the present moment, you cannot live the moments of your daily life deeply.
Every word, every look, every action, and every smile can bring happiness to others.
The bad things, don't do them. The good things, try to do them. Try to purify, subdue your own mind. That is the teaching of all buddhas.
The past is gone, the future is not yet here, and if we do not go back to ourselves in the present moment, we cannot be in touch with life.
Only the present moment contains life.
Every moment is a moment of happiness.
