If you don't love and believe in what you're building, you're likely to give up at some point along the way.

... but the pendulum has swung way out of whack here. A bad idea is still bad, and the pivot happy world we're in today feels suboptimal.

There are exceptions of course, but most companies start with a great idea - not a pivot.

The startups that do well are the ones that are working all the time.

In the beginning of a company, there is no management and this actually works really well.

There are 3 things I look for when I hire people. Are they smart? Do they get things done? Do I want to spend a lot of time around them?
