Most things are not as risky as they seem.

No growth hack, brilliant marketing idea, or sales team can save you long term if you don't have a sufficiently good product.

You don't need to make the structure complicated, in fact you shouldn't. All you need is for every employee to know who their manager is.

You certainly don't need to have everything figured out in the path from here to world domination.

There's no way I know, to get through the pain of a startup without belief that the mission really matters.

... you want to be proud of how much you can get done with a small numbers of employees.

What you want to do is innovate on your product and your business model, management structure is not where I would try and innovate.
