You need to figure out what the 2 or 3 most important things are, and then just do those.

The most important thing is that there is clear reporting structure and everyone knows what it is.

A small communication breakdown is enough for everyone to be working on slightly different things. And then you loose focus.

You should be able to describe any employee as an animal at what they do.

It's really easy to get PR with no results & it actually feels like you're really actually cool, but in a year you'll still have nothing.
