There are lots of good reasons to abandon a project. Having a little competition is not one of them.

Normal is fading away. Governments and industries and schools like normal, because it's easier, it scales and it's profitable. But people don't like it - we want to be who we are, not who some marketer tells us to be.

The goal is to be on the hook, not to let someone else do the scary parts.

Art isn't only a painting. Art is anything that is creative, passionate and personal. Art is the unique work of a human being created to touch another. Art is created to have an impact, to change someone else.

It's time to stop complying with the system and draw your own map. Stop settling for what's good enough and start creating art that matters.
